Pitmaster Jayme Campbell knows BBQ. Raised in the "Deep South", found a passion for bringing people together through wood, fire and smoke. Being taught the ways of his grandmother -cooking on a large open pit in the backyard, he can tell you funny stories about how she would buy whole cases of chicken, season it and cook it on an large outdoor open-pit. Today the passion is still lit in his soul and it shows through the food that he serves.
